The start of each new hockey season is accompanied with the anticipation, enthusiasm and excitement for the pursuit of achievement.

Through their long and proud history the North York Rangers have established a tradition of striving to be successful in all aspects of the sport.

Throughout the years, championships have been won, players have advanced through the ranks, and friendships have been forged.

With the upcoming season the 2004-2005 Rangers have a great deal to be optimistic about.

The team has been fortunate to retain quality veterans, who bring commitment and determination to improve on last year's performance.

Complimenting the veterans is a hand picked group of players who have endured a demanding and strenuous training camp where the players displayed their ability and skills combined with key attributes for the pursuit of success.

We are very pleased to announce that accepting the responsibility of moulding this team; we have assembled an experienced management team with a proven record of success.

The North York Rangers are very confident that the future is in good hands and the tradition that has been established by recent past stars such as Stephen Weiss, Florida Panthers, Peter Sarno, Edmonton Oilers, P.J. Yedon, Colgate University, B.J. Adams, Bowling Green University (just to mention a few) will continue.

For these reasons and for the love of the game, we anxiously await the first frost and the drop of the puck for the beginning of the 2004-2005 season.
